Story Synopsis
On a stormy night, Edward and Alphonse gather up all their knowledge on alchemy to resurrect their dearly departed mother. This act is taboo - a law of alchemy that was never to be broken. Their failure resulted in the loss of Edward's right arm and left leg and Alphonse's body all together.
Four years later, the brothers set out on a journey to right their wrongs. In search of the mythical Philosopher's Stone, the two aim to regain their bodies back. Edward's missing limbs are replaced by automail and Alphonse's soul was transferred to a suit of armor.
As they push ahead on their journey, they find that everything isn't always as it appears to be. And when they learn the secret to the Philosopher's Stone, they have to ask themselves: What are we willing to sacrifice?
