Touya is Sakura's older brother. He constantly teases her and calls her a 'monster', but don't let that fool you. He does truly love his sister, whom he constantly looks after. Touya attends Seiji High, which is right next to the elementary school Sakura attends. He's a prominent member of the soccer team. Touya holds many part time jobs, and you never know which job he'll be at on any given day. Wherever Sakura and her friends are, he seems to be there though.
Like Sakura, Touya also has magical abilities. Unlike Sakura, Touya's abilities enable him to see ghosts, like his mother. His magical abilities allow him to know when Mirror is being used, so he knows about Sakura's cardcaptoring adventures, but he pretends not to notice.
