Takashi and Chiharu
These two have been best friends since they were little. Because the two have been around each other so long, it's only natural that Chiharu is the only who can tell if Takashi is lying or not.
Though the two are best friends, they are also dating. Chiharu tends to drag or choke Takashi because he's either lying or teasing her on her cooking skills. Chiharu is also worried she's not good enough for him, but her friends always tell her otherwise.

The two are not dating in the dub. The dub just depicts as the two as close friends, they're not even seen as having a crush on each other.
